Granny recipes

We at Dijon Magazine decided that Grannies needed a special project of their own. Many of us have fond memories of food passed down from generations, scrawled on crusty pieces of aged paper and recreated through whispers by moms or aunties as we played obliviously nearby.

‘Two cups-ish right?'

We set to work by putting a call out for recipes in hopes of immortalizing them through print and art. The amazing artist Jazz Danis was commissioned to create original artwork for each recipe based on the stories, ingredients and photos submitted to us by grandchildren. A beautiful collection was made.
